Digital products

Because downloadable products can be accessed immediately, refunds are reviewed case by case. If a file is unavailable, corrupted, or materially different from its description, contact us and we will help with access or review an appropriate resolution.

Physical products

For physical items, eligibility, timing, and return instructions depend on the product’s fulfillment details. Do not send an item back before receiving return instructions from our team.
